Remain as calm as possible and call law enforcement so that they may assess and document the accident scene.  They are also trained to dispatch EMS or tow company, if needed.

If at all possible, document the accident.  Take pictures from different points of view.  This may help refresh your memory and serve to help you with the claims process.

Taking a picture of the other parties insurance card, license plate, etc., can help speed up the filing and claim process.

All accidents, at fault or not, are contractually required to be immediately reported to your commercial auto liability insurance company.
